Insomnia and Fatigue
Are you struggling with that feeling of lying awake at night?
The frustration of not being able to sleep is real. The quiet night times give ample opportunity for the over-thinking and dread. Your mind races and you think long and hard about stuff that you cannot control. Many people live with the worry about even going to bed in the first place. What’s the point when you won’t get to sleep anyway?
The knock on effects of bad sleep are all too visible. Dragging yourself through the day with no energy to do your best at school or work; no energy to play with (or even just look after) your children. You look at other people managing their day-to-day lives – work, family, social life and hobbies – with apparent ease. On the other hand, you are irritable, over-tired and prone to having arguments with your loved ones about insignificant things.
It doesn’t have to be this way for the rest of your life. People that Ive helped with insomnia have reported feeling so much better. Other problems that they had are also much easier to deal with now that they have that all important night’s sleep. Anxiety and stress also decrease for them.
As a kinesiologist, I have many tools and techniques to bring your body into balance to facilitate improvement in your sleep. Having seen the results with my clients, (90% have seen improvements in their sleep) I have a passion for helping more people to thrive.
What one client had to say...
“My sleep is much better i.e. falling asleep quicker, staying asleep and feeling totally refreshed and ready for the day each morning! I also require less sleep which is giving me back a few hours every weekend especially. My digestion is also much improved.”
